Fishing’s Future shares the fun and enjoyment of fishing through FAMILY FISH CAMPs (FFCs) and Family Fly-Fishing Camps (FFFCs). Each Family Fish Camp consist of five (5) educational stations that teach the basic skills necessary to fish.

A FAMILY FISH CAMP allows a community, an organization, or an individual to host a "fun-filled" day engaging in a positive outdoor experience.

Any pond, lake, or stream within a community can be transformed into a memorable area by inviting Fishing’s Future to come and conduct a FAMILY FISH CAMP. Active participation by adults is "mandatory" as Fishing’s Future realizes that both young and old can learn new skills, share new techniques, and experience the excitement of catching a fish.

At a FAMILY FISH CAMP participants experience a positive outdoor activity. Each participant is taught the importance of the “Leave-no-Trace” philosophy. Participants learn how to identify, measure, and properly release a fish unharmed. Learning the names and how to tie many of the Fishing knots are covered. State Fish & Game Regulations are explained and State Regulation Manuals are given to each participant. Lunch is provided, litter is picked up and environmental responsibility is explained and then the "real"  fun begins.

Kids (Junior Anglers)are given rods & reels and are allowed to go fish. Changes in confidence, self worth, independence and a strengthening of the bonds between adult and child are experienced as Jr. Anglers land their first fish and parents "swell" with pride. First fish photos are always taken and Jr. Angler Certificates, along with Captain’s bags full of goodies, are presented to each Jr. Angler.

Fishing's Future organizes events that lead kids towards a healthier outdoors life style and into a new living world of discoverery and enrichment. Fishing can become a" lifelong hobby and span generations: if only they are exposed.
